If you want to try something new, easy, and quick recipe , just try this recipe
Ingredients:
Petha – 400 grams
Mawa – 250 grams
Green cardamom – 4-5
Pistachios – 10-12
Desiccated coconut – 150 gm
Kesar --1/2 tsp(Optional)
Step 1:
Grate the petha Slice the pistachios. Crush the green cardamom seeds into fine powder
Step 2:
We will Start with roasting the mawa in hot pan by stirring rigorously till a slight colour change. Turn off the flame and transfer it on a plate to ccol it down. After that add petha, desiccated Coconut, pistachios, Kesar and crushed green cardamom to the mawa and mix everything really well.
Step 3:
Prepare laddu with desired size from the mixture and plate them on a serving plate. Petha laddus are ready to serve.
Step 4:
Garnish these petha laddu with some pistachios and Kesar and serve them as a dessert.
