sabut mung green 1 bowl 2 onion chopped 2tomato chopped 7 to 8 green chilly ginger garlic paste cumin seeds1 t tea spoon garam masala turmeric powder 1 tea spoon salt to taste oil
Method Soak the mung whole night in water. on morning tie the mung in cotton cloth.wait for 24 hours , sprouts are ready.
Heat the oil.add cumin crackle it.Add onion saute it .add ginger garlic paste,green chilly,saute it. Add tomatoes. saute it.Add turmeric and garam masala .saute it for 1 minutes. add sprouts and salt. Mix it. saute for 1 to 2 minuite. add 1 bowl water . Allow to cook.
Ready to eat serve hot with onion, coriander leaves, and lemon.
