Ingredients for the Rabri payesh

1. Gobindobhog rice-5 g

2. Ghee-2 teaspoon

3. Cream milk-500 ml

4. Powder milk-4 teaspoon

5. Cardamom-3

6. Cashew-as you wish

7. Kishmish-as you wish

8. Sugar-50 g

How to cook

1. Wash the gobindobhog rice in water

2. Spread it on a dish and let dry for 15 mins

3. Boil the cream milk for 5 minutes on medium flame and keep it aside

4. Add 1 tsp ghee into the dry rice and mix properly and keep it aside

5. Heat the pan and add 1 tsp ghee

6. Low fry cashew and kishmish

7. Add the milk into the pan and let it boil

8. Add cardamom

9. Add rice into the milk and boil it low flame ( until it boils properly)

10. After it boils properly then add powder milk and mix it smoothly

12. Add sugar ( always add sugar at the last step of the recipe)

13. Mix everything gently until it becomes a bit thick

14. Let it cool and serve in a bowl

15. Garnish the fried cashew and kishmish on top
