Namaskar.. hope that we are following the our daily yoga schedule and doing it on regular basis to keep ourselves fit and healthy.. Today's class is for people who are suffering from uric acid and finds it painful to move and walk.. All the warm ups and asanas are very easy to perform and explained in a very easy form so you can perform it correctly and easily.. This is my purpose also while making a video that it can be done by anybody.. Do it and send me your feed back because it helps me improve and design practice in better way.. I have not included all the feet and leg movements into this segment to keep the video short for you.
