4. Jamun Seeds :- Diabetes also controls me by consuming seeds of jamun. Dry the jamun seeds thoroughly. After drying, grind them to make powder. Or take the churning of Jamun seeds with lukewarm water in the morning on an empty stomach. This will help in controlling diabetes.
5. Bitter gourd juice :- Bitter gourd is very nutritious and is very good for diabetic patients. you use bitter gourd Sake as a vegetable once a week or bitter gourd can also be consumed in the form of juice. A small glass of this juice every morning on an empty stomach can do wonders.
6. Fenugreek :- One of the most commonly used herbs in the Indian kitchen, fenugreek is also known for its many great benefits. This herb is rich in nutrients that help to tolerate glucose, control diabetes or improve insulin secretion.
