खाने के बाद योग। जी हां। वैसे तो हम जानते है कि खाने के बाद हमे योगासन नहीं करना चाहिए। ये है भी सही। शारीरिक रूप से आसनों को खाने के बाद नहीं करना चाहिए। लेकिन योग में कुछ ऐसा भी है जिसे हम खाने के बाद कर सकते है। खाने के बाद योग करने से पाचन शक्ति बढ़ेगी। आपकी प्रतिरोधक क्षमता में इजाफा होगा। कुछ प्राणायाम भी खाने के बाद हम कर सकते है। इसको करने से मन शांत होगा। तनाव घटेगा। साथ ही बहुत सारी बीमारियों से लड़ने में भी हमे बहुत ही मदद मिलेगी। रोज करें और अपने जीवन में होने वाले परिवर्तन को देखे। वाकई में कुछ दिनों के बाद आपको इससे मिलने वाले फायदों पर भरोसा नहीं होगा। करें योग रहें निरोगा। मेरे चेैनल को अपने दोस्तों और परिवारों के साथ शेयर करें जिससे वो भी इसका लाभ ले सके।
