आईसीसी ने अपने बयान में कहा है कि 2021 की WTC साइकिल में जो प्राइज मनी दी गई थी इस बार भी वहीं दी जाएगी उसमें कोई बदलाव नहीं किया गया है। बता दें कि 2021 की साइकिल में भारत और न्यूजीलैंड के बीच फाइनल खेला गया था, जिसे न्यूजीलैंड ने जीत लिया था। बता दें कि आईसीसी ने वर्ल्ड टेस्ट चैंपियनशिप 2021-23 की साइकिल के लिए कुल 3.8 मिलियन डॉलर (करीब 31.40 करोड़ रुपए) का राशि रखी थी, जिसे 9 टीमों में बांटा गया है।भारत और ऑस्ट्रेलिया में से अभी यह तय होना बाकि है कि पहला प्राइज किसे और दूसरा प्राइज किसे मिलेगा, लेकिन बाकि 7 टीमों के लिए उनका प्राइज तय है। डब्ल्यूटीसी रैंकिंग में तीसरे स्थान पर रही दक्षिण अफ्रीका को करीब 3.71 करोड़ रुपए की राशि मिलेगी। चौथे स्थान पर रही इंग्लैंड को 2.89 करोड़ रुपए मिलेंगे। वहीं पांचवे स्थान की श्रीलंका को 1.65 करोड़ रुपए मिलेंगे। बता दें कि श्रीलंका की टीम एक समय फाइनल में पहुंचने की रेस में थी। पाकिस्तान इस रैंकिंग में सातवें स्थान पर रहा तो उसे करीब 82 लाख रुपए मिलेंगे। बता दें कि वर्ल्ड टेस्ट चैंपियनशिप के फाइनल के ब्रॉडकास्टिंग अधिकार आईसीसी ने काफी समय पहले ही घोषित कर दिए थे। भारत में डब्ल्यूटीसी के फाइनल का लाइव प्रसारण स्टार स्पोर्ट्स नेटवर्क पर होगा। इसके अलावा डिज्नी+हॉटस्टार पर भी मैच लाइव आएगा।

The tournament prize money 2023 is the same as that for the inaugural  World Test Championship Final  in 2019-21 -- a total purse of USD 3.8 million besides the  WTC Mace. All nine teams will get a share in the USD 3.8 million purse with South Africa earning USD 450,000 for finishing third in the WTC 2021-23 standings. England, who made a late surge and finished their campaign in fourth spot, will bag USD 350,000. Sri Lanka, who were among the top teams in the race for a spot in the decider during the epic finale, finished fifth to earn USD 200,000.The remaining teams New Zealand (No.6), Pakistan (No.7), West Indies (No.8), and Bangladesh (No.9) will be rewarded with a sum of USD 100,000 each.
