Namaskar, Generally what happens we wanna lose weight and be healthy. The major health issues associated with being overweight. we do almost everything to lose weight, diets, workouts, yoga plan and lifestyle changes t do it. However, being underweight has its own set of problems. The main reason behind this is lack of nutrition, improper absorption of nutrition and we do not do any type of physical activity.
