मैं इस वीडियो में अध्यात्म शब्द का क्या मतलब है यह समझाना चाह रही हूं क्योंकि अध्यात्म शब्द के मतलब को बहुत सारे लोग अच्छे से समझ नहीं पाते हैं इसलिए मेरी एक कोशिश है इस अध्यात्म शब्द के मीनिंग को मैं उन सब को समझा सकूं। इसलिए मैं एक सीरीज शुरु कर रही हूं जिसमें मैं अध्यात्म से संबंधित मतलब आत्म अध्ययन से संबंधित वीडियो शेयर करूंगी कि किस प्रकार अध्यात्म की शुरुआत करनी है आत्म अध्ययन कैसे करना है ताकि सभी आत्म अध्ययन करके अध्यात्म की शुरुआत करके इस जीवन को बेहतर ढंग से जी सकें।
