The film begins after the World War II events. The Cold War was going on between Russia and the USA. The Russians were conducting experiments to keep themselves safe from the United States that they could build the army of the "Superheroes" among the people. These efforts have been performed on both humans and animals. Where their DNA had been modified. They were transformed into 'Superheroes' after the transfusion of power into them. Some of the people have been able to succeed in these experimentations. Some people have Superhuman abilities. So they're converted into super creatures.
