Wheat floured healthy momos for kids… ?Ingredients: Cooking oil-2tspn Chopped garlic-1tspn Chopped green chilies-1/2tspn Chopped onion-1bowl Grated carrot-1bowl Salt-as per your taste Amchur powder-1/2tspn Turmeric powder-1/4th tspn Garam masala-1/2tspn Maggie masala-1/2tspn Fresh chopped coriander-1/2 bowl Wheat flour dough ?Process: -First make soft dough and keep rest for 20 min. -Then make stuffing.For stuffing take one pan on medium flame.Then add oil,garlic,green chilies ,salt and onion and sauté for 5-10 min.Once onion turn into soft texture then add carrot,Amchur powder,garam masala,Maggie masala & fresh coriander and mix it Weill for 5-10 min.add pinch of sugar for perfect mixed taste. -Then make small round shape roti from wheat flour dough and add stuffing and give them momos style shape.and steam for 20-30 min.Once momos turn into soft then off the gas and sprinkle on them chat masala. -You can eat with tomato ketchup or manchurian sauce.
