Cheesy Seekh Kabab Masala Sizzler
Ingredients:
K&N’s Seekh Kabab 8-10
Oil 1 cup
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Tomatoes (cube cut) 1 cup
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Capsicum (Sliced) 1 cup
Green chilies (diagonal cut) 3-4
Butter 1 tsp
Onion rings as required
Mozzarella & Cheddar cheese (shredded) as required
Directions:
Prepare K&N’s Seekh Kabab as per instructions on the pack.
Heat oil in a pan, add onion, and ginger-garlic paste and saute until translucent.
Now add tomatoes, and cook for 2-3 mins. Add water and cook for another 2-3 mins.
Add salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder and mix well.
Now add yogurt and cook for 4-5 minutes or until oil separates.
Add capsicum, prepared K&N’s Seekh Kabab and cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Lastly add green chilies and take off flame.
Heat sizzler plate, add butter and onion rings on it. Now put the prepared Seekh Kabab Masala on the sizzler. Add shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese, green chilies and your Cheesy Seekh Kabab Masala Sizzler is ready.
Preparation time: 15 mins
Cooking time: 20 mins
Serving: 3-4
