Final Sabji:- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp Garlic Cloves - 4 Ginger - 1 inch Tomato Onion Paste Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder - 2 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder - 1 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Fried Aloo Gobhi Kasuri methi - 1 tsp Salt to taste Garam masala - 1/2 tsp Coriander leaves
