Ingredients:- Boiled Potato- 3 pcs Rice flour- 1 cup Chopped green chilli- 2 pcs Grated garlic- 1/2 tsp Chopped coriander leaves- 1 tbsp Chilli flakes- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder- a pinch Salt- as per taste Cooking oil- as per need
