Pune famous snacks “bhakarwadi” ?Ingredients: All purpose flour (Maida)-1bowl Basen-2tspn Refined oil-3tspn Salt Fennel seeds-1tspn Cumin seeds-1tspn Coriander seeds-1tspn Dry coconut powder-2tspn Garam masala-1tspn Turmeric powder-1/2tspn Red chilli powder-1tspn Ginger powder-1/2tspn Sugar-2tspn Sweet Tamrind puree(to make this mix Tamrind purée and jaggery) ?Process: ▪️step1:Make medium soft dough (Flour,basen,salt & hot oil mix together and then add water gradually and make medium soft dough.After that dough keep rest for 20min) ▪️Step2:Bhakarwadi stuffing (First fennel seeds,coconut powder,cumin seeds,coriander seeds,garam masala mix together and sauté for 5-10min,once it’s start getting smell turn off the gas then cook it and add into grinder also add red chilli powder,salt,sugar then make fine powder of all.) ▪️Step3:make vadi (Take dough and flatten it in very thin texture then apply Tamrind purée on that then sprinkle stuffing masala on that then roll it like video then cut it.after cutting press all vadi just like video again.) ▪️Step4:Fry vadi Lastly preheat the oil then fry all vadi on low flem . #bhakarwadi #snacks#punefamoussnacks #mayusdiningbhakarwadi#reelsinstagram#reels#viral
