Gujarati special khasti mathri with secret trick: ?Ingredients: All purpose flour(Maida)-4 bowl Kasuri methi-1/2 bowl Carom seeds(ajwaien)-1/4th bowl Salt-as per taste Vegetable oil(cooking oil)-1/2 bowl Corn flour+all purpose flour(with same ratio for making mixture (ghol)) ?Process: -Add flour in one container. -take one pan and keep on medium flem then add carom seeds then roast for 5min once it’s start smelling then add oil again heat for 5-10 min then add into flour instantly. -Then add salt and Kasuri methi and mix well. -Don’t make to much of soft dough . -then dough keep rest for 20-25 min. -Then as per video make 2 medium thing size roti and one side spread corn and flour mixture then on that keep another roti make roll them .for mathri shape follow video . -Lastly all Matheus fry in the oil on low flem. ?Enjoy the recipe #mathri #homemade #manisanindiajakarta #kulinerindia #golkachori #paneertika #kulinerjakarta #indiansnacks #foodlover #minibhakarwadi #desifood #snacks #milocube #indianfood #india #narnia #instafood #soanpapdi #crispysamosa #foodphotography #foodie #foodies #sweet #foodstagram #foodgasm #kheer #namkeen #indiansweets #reelitfeelit
