Namaskar. I hope you are doing fantastic and living healthy life. We, as a office goers and workers take a lot of stress on our back, hips, shoulders, fingers, eyes, hands, wrists, legs. We get tired after we come back in the evening from the office. How yoga will help you to re-energize your body. There are few poses which relaxes your back and opens your hip gently. Lying asanas fills you with full energy and gives you the relaxation you need in your life. My Today's class is all about that. When you feel do not get going and nothing works. Do it for 30 to 40 minutes relaxing on mat and bed. You will amazed after doing it. Do not forget to send your feed back.
