Nameste.. Today's session is going to be migraine and this is part one.. I will make it parts.. Migraine has become common phenomenon these days.. Due to anxiety, stress and pressure situations we get affected from it.. It's common and nothing to worry. What is more worrying is that we take medicine to suppress it.. In severe cases it's ok but not for regularly.. People tend to become habitual of medicines.. they feel a light and they gulp it.. they have been doing it for since ages and accepted it as final solution.. But, migraine can be cured and avoided if there is some adjustment in lifestyle and proper yoga asana and schedule.. My mission is to i want people to make aware about the yoga asana and its benefits so they can take shelter of it and get benefited from it..
