Namaskar, Corona virus has imposed lock down across all states and it’s opening gradually. It has started a new culture of work from home. We in office also sit long hours at our desk and keep doing it for years after years. We forget to take care of the health of neck and shoulders. They become weak and we start feeling intense pain in neck and shoulder region. It may bring us awesome salary hike or appraisal but on the other side of the coin, a sedentary lifestyle takes its toll on your health. But, we can tackle these problems easily just inculcating easy yoga schedule with these simple stretches anywhere and at any time taking a particular gap in our meals. Today’s session is about the same. I have included few stretches and few yoga postures to relieve the neck and shoulder pain. Do it today and send me your feedback.
