Feeling shoulder pain and any kind of discomfort, unease around and across neck area and do not why.. Reason.. your sedentary lifestyle, especially a work environment in which you spend a lot of time in front of computers, is triggering cases of shoulder pain. We have become so careless and our approach towards is very causal that its seems nothing to us unless it starts hurting you the most.. we neglect condition by brushing it away as normal pain only to realize later that we can't move the shoulder even an inch. So, this is high time to wake up now. Start respecting the body.. It does a lot for you and have been doing since you have are here on this planet. Time to pay back and the way out is Yoga.. It's effective and easy to do and access. My today's class in all about it, only shoulder flexibility.. Do this regularly and you will feel the relief in your shoulder and neck area..
