Hello friends is video me mai amla aur Hari mirch ka achar ki recipe le kr aayi hun jo banane me behad aasan hai aur iska taste to mat puchhiye baki sare achar ko achha takkar de dega ye instant achar.. thank you
Ingredients:- Gooseberry- 500 g Green chilli- 250 g Coriander- 2 tbsp Yellow mustard- 2 tbsp Black mustard- 1 tbsp Cummin seeds- 1 tbsp Carrom seeds- 1 tbsp Sonf- 1 tbsp Black pepper- 1 tbsp Fenugreek- 1/2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder- 2 tbsp Turmeric powder- 1 tbsp Hing- a pinch Dry mango powder- 2 tbsp Mountain salt- 1 tsp Salt- as according taste Mustard oil- as per need
