Hello friends is video me mai aapke liye matar ki 2 nayi recipe le kr aayi hun jo apko pure YouTube pe nahi milegi aur apne isse pehle ye nashta nhi khaya hoga to aap bhi mere sath ye recipe banaiye na.. thank you
Ingredients:- For batter- Green peas- 1 cup Potato- 2 pc Spring garlic- 4 root Rice flour- 1/2 cup
Spices- Chilli flakes- 1 tsp Dry ginger powder- 1/2 tsp Cummin seeds powder- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder- a pinch Chaat masala- 1 tsp Ginger garlic and green chilli paste- 1 tbsp Salt- as according taste
For tadka- Mustard oil- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds- 1 tbsp Black mustard- 1/2 tsp
For chutney- Roasted gram- 1/2 cup Spring onion- 1 root Yogurt- 2 tbsp Green chilli- 4 pcs Ginger- 1/2 inch Garlic buds- 5 to 6 pcs Salt- as according taste
For fry- Cooking oil- as per need
