Hello friends is video me mai matar ke parathe banane ka bilkul Naya tarika batai hun jise aap banaenge to yakin maniye bolenge ki ye mujhe pehle kyun nhi pata tha aur swad itna ki baki sare parathe iske aage fail hain.. thank you
Ingredients:- For dough- Wheat flour- 500 g Carrom seeds- 1/2 tsp Salt- as according taste
For stuffing- Green peas- 500 g Potato- 2 pcs Spring onion- 1 cup Spring garlic- 2 tbsp Chopped ginger- 1/2 inch Chopped green chilli- 2 pcs Onion- 2 tbsp Fennel- 1/2 tsp Coriander seeds- 1/2 tsp White seasame- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp Cummin seeds powder- 1/2 tsp Garam masala- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder- a pinch Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp Dry mango powder- 1/2 tsp Cummin seeds- 1 tsp Asafoetida- a pinch Garam masala- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder- as per required Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp Cooking oil- as per need
For raita- Yogurt- 1 cup Boondi- 1 cup Chopped Cucumber- 1 cup Chopped tomato- 1 pc Chopped onion- 1 tbsp Chopped green chilli- 1 pc Chopped coriander leaves- some Cummin seeds powder- a pinch Mountain salt- as per taste Sugar- 1 tbsp Black pepper powder- a pinch
