Ingredients:- Potato- 500 g Mustard oil- 5 tbsp Salt- as according taste Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp Cummin seeds- 1/2 tsp Asafoetida- a pinch Cummin seeds powder-1/2 tsp Black pepper powder- a pinch Chilli flakes- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp Spring garlic- 1 tbsp Garam masala- 1/2 tsp Dry mango powder- 1/2 tsp Coriander leaves- some Green chilli- 3 to 4 pcs
