Hello friends is video me mai matar aur besan ki bilkul naye tarah ki sabji ki recipe le kr aayi hun jise khane ke baad aap pakka restaurant Jana bhul jaenge aur banenge aisa ki paneer khana chhor ise hi banaenge.. thank you
Ingredients:- Green peas- 500 g Gram flour- 2 tbsp Green chilli- 4 pcs Garlic pot- 1 pc Ginger- 1 inch Turmeric powder- 1 tbsp Salt- as according taste Onion- 3 pcs Tomato- 2 pcs Cashew- 8 pcs Coriander powder- 1 tbsp Cummin seeds powder- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder- a pinch Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
For tadka- Cummin seeds- 1/2 tsp Cloves- 2 pcs Cardamom- 2 pcs Big cardamom- 1 pc Cinnamon- 2 pcs Dry red chilli- 1 pc Bay leaf- 1 pc Asafoetida- a pinch Maggi masala- 1 pouch Cooking Oil- as per need
