Ingredients:- Green peas- 500 g Potato- 500 g Tomato- 2 pcs Fox nut- 1/2 cup Ginger- 1 inch Garlic buds- 6 to 7 pcs Coriander powder- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder- 1 tbsp Cummin seeds powder- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp Sliced onion- 2 pcs Cashew- 5 pcs Salt- as according taste Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
For tadka- Cummin seeds- 1/2 tsp Dry Red chilli- 1 pc Bay leaf- 1 pc Mustard oil- 4 to 5 tbsp
