Ingredients:
- 1 cup millet
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chickpea flour, water, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
2. Add the chopped onion, tomato, and green chili to the batter and mix until well combined.
3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
4. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it out into a thin, round shape.
5. Drizzle a little oil around the edges of the chila and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown.
6. Flip the chila and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes, or until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
7. Remove the chila from the pan and repeat with the remaining batter.
8. Serve the chila hot with chutney
