Ingredients:- Urad dal- 1 cup Moong dal- 1 cup Yogurt- 500 g Cummin seeds- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes- 1/2 tsp Asafoetida- 2 pinch Cummin seeds powder- 1 tbsp Coriander powder- a pinch Mountain salt- as according taste Salt- as according taste Tamarind chutney- as per need Cooking Oil- as per need
